Summary

0003697: Game Unexpectedly Quits on exit.

Description

This crash happens over multiple versions of the game, reproducible on 0.31.16 and 0.31.18.

When choosing Exit on the main menu after having played and saved a game, window closes and then after a few moments, error reporter shows indicating that Dwarf Fortress had crashed.

Seems to happen with Save Compression either on or off, the only thing I could think of that would maybe produce the crash.

Steps To Reproduce

Play a bit of DF, save game, go to exit game from main menu.

Additional Information

Does not seem to affect playability at all, saves work fine after crash. Just annoying to see crash dialog appear every time the game is quit.

After the crash, terminal spits out the following lines:

/Applications/Dwarf Fortress/df_31_16_osx/df: line 5: 5428 Segmentation fault ./dwarfort.exe
logout
