Ghost? Large amount of water + season change?

There shouldn't be any gost. After a nearly death (and the gost-slowdown) this fortress has enough active burial places for all living citizens. And the amount of water hasn't changed to other seasons.

Reminder sent to: gpmfuchs

Is it the right time of year for a season change to occur? Are you doing any digging or other terrain-altering activities that could cause a massive cave-in?

You do have 2 ghosts - Libash Nekolcilob, Ghostly Siege Operator, and Urvad Edtulkivish, Ghostly Wrestler. One of them is hanging around in the side of a hill, which is probably what's causing your lag.

After memorializing both of them (which took a while, even with [SPEED:1], due to the massive amount of tasks your dwarves have been ordered to perform), the lag appears to have stopped.

It's mid summer. No major digging going on which could create cave-ins. Blocking moment time seems to vary between 5s and 15s. (correction I have 2 ghosts on the map of people who drowned). The only thing maybe uncontrolled I see are 2 forgotten beasts in some caves I haven't entered yet. Note game goes on after 2 minutes. So maybe it's a ghost problem after all.
