0004902: Creatures can open forbidden/locked doors by dodging into them
I have a small (2x3 room; actually slightly smaller as one tile is taken up by a statue) which I am locking my children and a nest box with turkeys in to help train the children and protect them from snatchers. I just left it as a forbidden/tightly-shut door to keep them in; but the problem is that sometimes the turkeys will pop-out unexpectedly!

Randomly (but consistently) when the amount of turkeys gets to be at least two per tile the door would fly open and turkey-splosion occurs and turkeys pour out of the room.

I have since "plugged up the hole" by building walls on the other side of said doors; so although they have "unlocked" the door, they don't spill out into my fort.
1. Put a nest box in a room with a Dwarven child.
2. Have a Turkey Hen claim the nest box (also have a Turkey Gobbler around somewhere)
3. Wait for eggs to hatch. (you may need two clutches for maximum effect depending on original clutch size)
4. Time Passes
5. Turkey-Splosion!
Strangely a single tile with just a nest box behind a closed/locked door does not result in turkey-splosion. I believe that the child being in the room has something to do with them exploding outward.

Also: The door is still marked as "shut tightly" but once it's open other Dwarves, or my Dwarven child will wander in and out letting the turkeys and/or poults escape.

Upon much closer inspection it appears the turkey poults or the child are dodging through the door, causing it to open. However this does not happen in a 1X1 room. Checking if a 2X1 room will result in dodges opening doors. However so far only rooms which contain both the turkeys AND a child will result in the door bursting open.

Here is a save just after a door was busted open:

Seems to also occur with dwarves, according to GiantUrist - updating title accordingly.

The danger room was built according to http://dwarffortresswiki.org/index.php/DF2014:Danger_room#One_Tile.2C_extendable [^] , but with statues to the side.

Setting a repeating pull lever action on the topmost lever starts the danger room.

Eventually, one of the dwarves will dodge forward through the forbidden door, opening and unforbidding the door.

This issue still occurs with just one dwarf. Replacing the statues with walls seems to stop the dodging into the forbidden door altogether.
