Summary0005246: vampire immigrated to fort as "friendly" rather than citizen
DescriptionA dwarf arrived in one of my migrant waves who was listed as friendly, rather than a citizen. She stood around at the edge of the map. She had a -<<*silver boning knife*>>- and various human hair trophies-- I assumed she was a former adventurer. Later she did path into my fort-- to drain my mayor of blood in front of the trade liasion and ten or so other dwarves. Despite having negative thoughts due to witnessing death, none of my dwarves reported this as a crime, and she is still listed as friendly.

Trying to send military to fight this friendly vampire will result in the attacking dwarves to become enemies of the fort.

A migrant wave is also cut short because of the one guy who wont move away from the spawn point.

I'd reccomend this be upgraded to 'major', as there's no way to deal with it, and it costs dwarves.
