Descriptionat the embark menu there are two separate entries for cave fish and two more separate entries for cave lobster.

I also noticed this. In addition when I loaded a profile it said turtles weren't available in the area, but there were two entries for turtles in the list.

This bug also appears when discussing trade agreements with your liaison.

It appears that these may actually refer to different entity types, as the numbers in the stockpile differ (eg: "cave fish" entry number 1 has 5 for the quantity, "cave fish" entry number 2 has 7 for the quantity), so it may just be a problem with improperly combining various types or improperly differentiating different types.
