Summary0006008: Wheelbarrows are carried to stockpiles, not rolled.
DescriptionA dwarf wheeling a wheelbarrow with rock in it is faster than a dwarf carrying a wheelbarrow to a stockpile to be used.
Steps To Reproduce1. Set up a stock pile ( stone for example ).
2. Assign a wheelbarrow to it.
  i. A wheelbarrow made of something heavy will be more noticeable.
  ii. Watch the dwarf carry the wheelbarrow to the pile.
3. Watch the dwarf wheel the wheelbarrow to get stone.

Saw the same... however in my case the wheelbarrow was not empty. It had a stone in it while it was being carried, however the stone was not configured in the stockpile the wheelbarrow was being carried to.

Still appears valid in 40.24. This dude's carrying a perfectly functional wheelbarrow with 528L of stone. When he gets to the stone stockpile, he starts using it correctly, picking up additional stone from a different location.
