0000641: Couples Share Rooms: Except Offices
I give my dwarves combo dining rooms and offices and my expedition leader is married to my bookkeeper. "Awesome! One room for two!"

Only they don't have joint ownership of the office, designated from the stone chair I built for them.
Build a chair.
Make it a room.
Assign it to one dwarf who is married to another.

That actually makes sense and may not be a bug. An office is really supposed to be attached to a job and not a person.

If you want to have two jobs for an office, you'd have to make two overlapping office rooms with chairs. Which also makes sense because two jobs in the same room would be sharing the room.

If its attached to the job, that's fine, it just needs to be explained that way.

As a dwarf who has a position generally wants a better bedroom and dining room, as well, not just an office, so mechanically I'd want to assign all three to the *job.*
