Summary0006962: Able to take dwarf owned items off the ground in Adv mode.
DescriptionWhen starting a game as a dwarf you start in a fortress. You are able to go around and take all the items in other dwarves rooms and claim them as your own.
Steps To ReproduceStart a game as a dwarf and take items in other dwarves rooms.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that NPCs never really cared much about the player taking their things, unless they were in a shop. I'd take bags of strawberries from human towns all the time in 0.34.11.

Should still probably be fixed though.
