0008256: Unable to fill a deep shaft with water, because water disappears.
I have dug a really deep shaft with purpose of supplying deeper levels of my fortress with water straight from the aquifer; however the water falling down the shaft only fills it up to a certain level, and disappears above it. I tried increasing amount of water falling down, to no effect.

As long as I keep supplying water the whole shaft is filled with 7/7 water and mist. Which must mean that all the water is falling into some wormhole. Once I close the supply, the water vanishes.

Here's a save: http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=9638 [^]
F1 is the from where the water falls. A lever operating the bridge is right north to the bridge.
F2 is the level where the water vanishes. Levels below do fill up nicely.

This fortress was not created in 40.11, but rather in 40.08
