0008756: Trees growing under bridges prevent bridges from being used
I noticed my dwarves wouldn't get in or out of the fortress. I have a single bridge to the outside and a tree had grown under it. Dwarves refused to path across it. I cut the tree and the problem was solved.
Build a bridge, mine's 3 z-levels above ground, wait for a tree to grow under it and become high enough to touch the bridge.

That doesn't say anything about usability of such bridge. This is rather a duplicate of 0008308, "Strange interactions between trees and bridges" which notes that "bridge tiles constructed on twigs cannot be crossed by dwarfs."

Though possibility of building of bridge on tree parts and possibility of growing of tree parts under bridge can be two separate issues.
