Summary0011596: Windows' scaling breaks fullscreen
DescriptionWhen opening (or fullscreening) DF (with windows scaling not set to 100%), DF is 'zoomed' in the center, but after alt-tabbing it is 'zoomed' into the top-left.

'Zoomed' in the sense of the sides are cropped off the screen.
Steps To Reproduce- Set the scaling option in Windows (System>Display>Scale and Layout) to anything but 100%
- In the init.ini, set the fullscreen resolution to 0x0 or your monitor resolution
- Open the game in fullscreen (or press F11)

"In Explorer or on the Start menu, right-click the application name, select Properties, select the Compatibility tab, and then select the Disable display scaling on high DPI settings check box.

Note

In Windows 10 Version 1703 and later version of Windows, the text of the Disable display scaling on high DPI settings option is changed to Override high DPI scaling behavior, scaling performed by: Application."
