Summary0002496: Automatically generated dwarven settlements are empty
DescriptionThe layout of the dwarven settlements is always the same: it consists of a large plaza at the bottom of a pit surrounded by stairs, plus a staircase leading down some levels. Most of the times, the stairwell ends in nothing. On rare occasions, the stairwell leads to a underground cave.

In case of an empty stairwell, the old layout which at least had rooms would be more logical and make more sense.
