Summary0003496: Items that were assigned to a building that was not completed on last embark are immovable, even when set to dump.
DescriptionI embarked and my fortress was subject to a rather fun famine which resulted in my woodcutter going batshit and cutting down every dwarf save for a miner who knocked his head off. I decided to forgo waiting for migrants and abandoned. When I reclaimed, I unforbid all the items and my dwarves set to stacking all of it in stockpiles. There was a bunch of stone left over, afterwards, and a few pieces of clothing, but I have plenty of room in my stockpiles for the items, I've set them to dump, undump, forbidden and unforbidden, but they just won't go anywhere.
Steps To ReproduceHave a bunch of dwarves die while doing jobs and building stuff, then reclaim.
