Summary0005925: "Bin" attacks "dwarf" while carrying it over a "ramp + hatch cover"
DescriptionMy dwarfs started to get injured in combat while they were recolecting goods from the outside.

The "attacker" was their own carried (Copper Bin) every time they tried to go upstairs using a ramp that had a Hatch cover over it.

I solved the issue removing the ramps and using Up/Down stairs instead, hatch cover over it. No more combat problems.
Steps To ReproduceDig a ramp.
Put a Hatch Cover over it (a ramp covers 2 floors, i put the hatch on the 2nd)
Make some dwarfs pickup items using Bins.
Make the dwarfs use the ramp.

Seconded, I noticed this as well. I only noticed it in 34.08, but then again I'd replaced the ramps with stairs in an attempt to fix it by the time 34.09 came out, and as you said, that does provide a temporary solution for the issue.

Is there a save reproducing this? I had them running around between various piles with an intervening hatched ramp and didn't generate any combat reports. The save would be best if something violent is about to happen (existing combat logs won't help me pin it down).

- I uploaded the save to my dropbox.
- F1 to watch the ramp where the combat happens
- I moved bins and items outside so they are forced to bring them back inside and hopefully reproduce the problem again.
- If you check the combat log, the last 5 lines where caused by this problem.
- If you are lucky enough to be attacked by an ambush or full enemy force, when the dwarfs move the cages of the trapped goblins or the items from their dead, my dwarfs will mess it up so badly that will hit themselves with the bins, and even get caught in the traps.
- The ramps were not build as i can recall, they were original slides.

0003622 suggests that this is caused by falling damage when one creature is walking across the hatch and another creature opens the hatch.
