Summary0009239: "ability to grasp lost" -> dwarf dies of thirst trying to pick up a mug
After a vigorous tussle with a fiesty underground denizen, one of my dorfs ended up with both arms broken.

No big deal, splints and hospital zones are easy enough to make and it is good exercise for my (non)-doctor. And lo, soon enough the dwarf is up and about and running around good as ever.

However still there's that thing with two broken arms. Eventually he gets thirsty and like a good civilized dwarf goes to the mug stockpile first.

Problem is, he cannot pick up a mug.

Also apparently since he is doing the 'drink' job he is not a valid target for 'give water' job.

After a long time of perseverance the dwarf finally gives up on living, rather than go dunk his head in the nearest barrel of tasty purple dwarven wine.
Steps To Reproduce
Cut off a dwarf's hands; wait for him to get thirsty.
Additional Information
This must be the vengeance of Armok.

Probably related to the 'cannot pick up a baby' issue.
