Summary

0010473: NPCs say "Is that a weapon?" when you're sneaking

Description

NPCs will become alarmed and say "Is that a weapon?" or "Is this an attack?" if you run around sneaking, even if you're not wielding a weapon.

Steps To Reproduce

- Strap your weapon and start sneaking
- Walk towards a NPC

Additional Information

In older versions, they said "Who's skulking around there?" instead.
