Summary | 0009881: Fog/night restricts extravision
Description | As a worm man, my character has extravision. And yet in foggy or dark situations, its vision cone decreases. Potentially seems like a bug. Further, my health screen says "Vision lost" when I can still see.

Depending on the intent of extravision this might not be a bug, besides the "Vision lost" thing, which is a separate thing. |

Extravision isn't particularly well defined but this sounds like a unintentional oversight. For a creature that doesn't rely on its eyes and having to use their senses you could argue that it's a confusing environmental hazard but the game doesn't possess intentional complexities like that to justify. On the other hand, if this was a forgotten beast with extra-sight (with the relevant blood sensitive description) it would most certainly be a bug to have that obscured by weather and exploitative. |
