Summary | 0009089: Animal trainer tries to train female bird trying to lay eggs, get stuck in loop |
Description | I have a non-zero number of female non-domesticated birds pastured with no nestbox. Sometimes the bird will exit the pasture to go find one of the nestboxes to lay eggs. If the animal trainer picks that moment to try to train the bird, the bird will get stuck in a loop between moving toward the nestbox and moving toward the trainer, never reaching either one. The animal trainer is also stuck, and cannot attend to any other task, including training other animals that need it. Eventually the trainer will get so hungry/thirsty as to break off the training attempt. The only other thing that will break the loop is killing the bird. |
Steps To Reproduce | Have some non-domesticated female birds pastured somewhere that doesn't have a nestbox available. However, some (bad) timing is involved so it's pretty random as to when it occurs. |
