Yes the meeting hall is like 50x50. That is why I found it so strange. I have never had that message before.

Yes, I had no areas inaccessable in my fort and it was every time a party was started.

That's not a real answer to the question. Did you look at the specific child? Could they have been imprisoned or stuck in a snatcher's dropped bag or something?
