0006046: Items teleport ontop of a restrain after removing a wall below it.

Description

Apon removing the wall, All the items in nearby stockpiles(Bone and wood)
Teleport to the rope restraint to the N beside the wall

And I would put the save up, But I am at work.. And for some reason I can't
hook my laptop up to the internet, so Ill do this tonight

Steps To Reproduce

Rebuild the wall, then remove it
