Summary0006258: Goods made from inorganic [LEATHER] materials not stockpiled
DescriptionIf an INORGANIC material is created with the [LEATHER] token (e.g. to consolidate the numerous redundant types of animal leather which clutter up the interface in numerous places), leather stockpiles will properly accept SKIN_TANNED items made of it, but finished goods and armor stockpiles will not be stored in stockpiles which have "Leather" enabled under "Other materials".

This hasn't been tested with other material categories (wood, plant cloth, bone, shell, silk, and yarn), though it's quite likely it applies to them too.

0005976 suggests that this may also apply to food categories.

This might possibly be a side effect of bug 0005739.
