| Description | My fortress consistently crashes, always at the same time. Happens regardless of whether autosave is on or off. I THINK it doesn't have to do with the season changing to winter, because on a couple occasions I checked the Z screen, saw that it was Timber 27, pressed ESC, and the game immediately crashed before displaying the main game window. May be related to my bug report, 0007112 Does not crash with the local map hidden. Does crash during period described when local map is returned. Does not crash if the local map is returned after the season change. |

I can confirm that the same thing is happening to me in report 0007089, right down to the date of Timber 27. There is a noticable pause just before it crashes. If I hide the local map before that, there's still a pause, but the game does not crash. If I try to get the map back right after that, it crashes. I did not wait until the season change to see what happens. |
