Summary0009528: Slaying undead foes does not show in the rumors log.
DescriptionJust like it says on the tin, I originally was disappointed because I couldn't use a zombie dragon kill for fame. Then later I had the same problem with a zombie roc.

I figured it was just a weird quirk but it clicked that this is actually a bug just now when I hacked several zombie polar bears and polar bear men in the head, then encountered a traveling soldier and went to brag about it.

I slew all of the ones listed as attacking me there. Squeezedlabors, Braidbeguiled, Airworked, Divegenius, and Aye Bodicesmiled. They were all undead, and thus while they show up on my axe they do not show up in the rumors menu.

I haven't yet checked to see if this applies to undead hearthperson orders as I haven't gotten a specific one yet but if I do I will make sure to check if it is possible to fulfill them in this situation.

 Another full example, got "you feel uneasy", looked for red !'s in nearby buildings, ran in to find a zombie yeti on a merchant.

 Finally got to test the hearthperson orders.

I killed both of these (after letting them battle some because... giant alligator vs giant zombie lion? /popcorn) but can only report the alligator kill:

 Update!

If you tell a story about the site (or creature if it is available, site is more reliable) and use that to spread fame for the kill, and at some point finish a hearthperson quest(? not sure if that was what actually did it or if it was just time for fame to spread) relating to that undead creature you CAN go back to spreading direct rumors about slaying them.

The entry "slew Nelare Whatnot" was "when Nelare attacked me" in the same spot between the other rumors there, but at some point between telling stories about it and finishing the quest from my lady it started showing up so I can just directly spread the rumor!
